MOVE IN DEPOSITS & FEES

Application Fee

  • $38.00 per person, non-refundable

Security Deposit

  • 350.00 Refundable Deposit + 150.00 Non-Refundable Administrative Fee

PARKING

  • $25.00 / per month parking for the first space in the controlled access parking garage. Garage parking is not reserved and spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Additional spaces may be reserved for an additional rental of $50.00 per month
  • On street parking is 2 hour in most areas. Please obey posted signs
  • Bike Storage – Complimentary  bike storage is available in the garage.  All bike owners must register with the management office.

 

 

ADDITIONAL STORAGE 

  • 4x6 Storage units available for $50.00 a month
  • 8x12 Storage including a reserved parking space in front of them for $100.00 a month  

UTILITIES

 Check with your leasing agent for more information. Most, if not all utilities can be arranged for at move in.  Applications for service will be provided.
